  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing cycle

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. After the 30-day period:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations after the 30-day period may be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion, subject to our discretion
  • A processing fee of $50 may be deducted from any prorated refund

2.3 Premium Subscription Tiers

For our premium or enterprise-level subscription tiers, refund terms may be specified in a separate agreement. In the absence of specific terms, the following applies:

  • A 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase
  • No refunds will be provided after the 14-day period
  • Customized services or features that have been delivered are non-refundable

3. One-Time Purchase Products

3.1 Digital Products

For digital products (e-books, reports, webinar recordings, etc.), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Downloaded digital content may be subject to restricted refund eligibility due to the nature of digital products

3.2 Investment Planning Sessions

For one-time investment planning consultation sessions:

  • Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled session at no additional cost
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund
  • No-shows or cancellations after the session has started are not eligible for a refund

3.3 Workshops and Events

For workshops, seminars, and events:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund
  • You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost
  • If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event

4. Custom Financial Plans

For custom financial plans and investment strategies tailored to your specific needs:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to initiate the service
  • If you cancel before the draft plan is delivered, you may receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance paid
  • Once the draft plan has been delivered, no refund will be provided
  • Revisions to the plan within the scope of the original agreement are included in the service at no additional cost

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

5.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that substantially impair your ability to access or use our services, and our team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify:

  • You must report the issue to our customer support team within 7 days of experiencing the problem
  • You must allow our technical team reasonable opportunity to address and resolve the issue
  • The issue must be attributable to our systems and not to your hardware, software, or internet connection

5.2 Service Unavailability

In the event of extended service unavailability (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to system maintenance or technical problems:

  • We may offer a prorated refund for the period of unavailability
  • Alternatively, we may extend your subscription period to compensate for the downtime

5.3 Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, natural disasters, or other significant unforeseen events, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
